We’ve just started a campaign to raise funds for a great organization: we’re donating $1 per sale of our coffee bags bearing a Fundacion perros sin nombre sticker. The Fundacion looks out for the welfare of stray dogs through a feeding program, population control, and preventive medicine. Check out the new bottling of Coffee Bourbon from Litchfield Distillery. It has been a pleasure to work with them to perfect this latest version of their great bourbon! And drinks are served starting at 5pm (3pm Fridays) at the Highland Brass Co. in Waterbury, including a coffee martini...thanks to Dimitrios, things are looking good. 

We have finally added online ordering! It's a modest start, but it functions very easily. USPS flat-rate medium boxes ship anywhere within the US for $13.65 and comfortably hold up to 4lbs. We'll be getting this set up in the days ahead so that visitors to this site can read up on the coffees and get their fix in the mail with a few clicks. Especially for those who want 4lbs, the postage is reasonable. And this is just the start, we're working on subscriptions, discounts, merch, all that good stuff...

We have been eagerly awaiting the return of Community Table & we're thankful for the opportunity to provide this terrific place with freshly-roasted coffee! We were there at the beginning...and we are so happy that it is back, and looking great. Click on the link to find out more.

Big thanks to Hidden Valley Eatery for putting our Hidden Valley blend (formerly known as Steep Rock) into the pot, and on the shelf as well! This beloved locale is right alongside the Hidden Valley section of Steep Rock, and so is the roastery, so it's a natural outlet for our coffee. You can now have your Hidden Valley blend in the eatery next to the land preserve...it couldn't be better, believe me, and I hope you'll go there to check it out! 

An exclusive selection of twelve-oz. bags of Zero Prophet Coffee can now be found at Valley Spirit, in Washington Depot! Here you will be able to find some of the more unusual beans that we're able to find, as well as some old standbys. Many thanks to Kristin for finding space for the coffee in the heavenly Shop.  

We're happy to announce that our coffee is now served at The White Horse in Marbledale. Locals already know how reliably excellent this place is. It has been named Connecticut's Best Pub four years in a row. Try our new 'White Horse blend' (or the signature house decaf) with one of their fine desserts!

We were sad to see CT Table and Main Street Grill become history this summer. Zero Prophet Coffee continues to be sold at The Smithy and the Washington Food Market, and stay posted, because we're looking forward to providing you with freshly roasted coffee beans at the New Morning Market in Woodbury as well, beginning at some point this Fall!

If you like espresso that's lively and can stand up to the milk and sugar treatment, you might try our new "northern italian espresso" blend. Back in the house is the ever-popular Peru La Florida, and a complex, full-bodied Bali Blue Moon. There will be more new coffees listed soon, such as an intriguing Organic Sumatran Mandheling Sipangan Bolon.

Also, the fabulous MAIN STREET GRILL in Watertown is adding Zero Prophet Coffee to their menu. It's a great place for the whole family...& they're adding breakfast this week! 

We've upgraded to a larger, ten-lb. capacity Diedrich. Although everything else remains as rustic as can be, we are now able to create larger batches of Steep Rock, Romford, Torrefazione Washington, and the other coffees that you'll find listed here. 

Thanks to New CT Farmer Alliance for bringing the coffee to more folks this month and next, and to the Gilmore Girls Fan Fest and the Washington Supply Co. for doing the same back in October. We are looking forward to pairing up with Plum Brook Chocolate at The Smithy again next January for a tasting (probably from 1-3pm on Saturday the 14th; stay posted!).

Zero Prophet Coffee is now ready to sell coffee in local stores! As this is happening, Night Shift Brewing is creating a Bean Porter with our coffee. Huge thanks to Joe Mashburn and his cohorts at Night Shift. We'll put a photo or two of their work in progress on this website, and the product is a grand thing to look forward to. If you're in the Boston area, you should check them out. Meanwhile, check back here for updates on where to find Romford Roast and other ZPC beans.
