Shipping & Returns

All our coffee is roasted to order and shipped whole-bean in one-lb compostable biotre bags. We aim to fill orders within three days of receiving your request.

We ship coffee within the United States via USPS priority mail in medium flat rate boxes that hold up to 4lbs, at $16.25. Larger orders may be shipped in large flat rate boxes at $22.65 each.

If a coffee arrives damaged, or if the wrong coffee arrives, please let USPS know and let us know by emailing zeroprophetcoffee@gmail.com within two weeks of delivery. We will do our best to replace it. We cannot accept returns on coffee because it is a food product.
